Our master product specialist, his knowledge base of the professional light and sound industry is vast, covering everything from the truss and stage equipment we specialise in, along with effects lighting systems, PA and sound systems and all the associated power and control wiring, installation and distribution systems that goes with those products. Having worked in the industry for 20 years, with 10 of those running his own light and sound retail company, Brett’s knowledge has been learned through years of handling products, setting up and organising live events and festivals, and his dedication to learning new things and and an honest friendly approach with both our suppliers and customers has helped cement Stage Concepts ever growing reputation for quality and service.
As warehouse manager, Kelly operates our stock control and standard product ordering, and oversees the packing and deliveries that leave our building on a daily basis. With weekly deliveries of our stock staging products from our european suppliers arriving and being sent out, the warehouse at Stage Concepts is always a busy place which requires strong and well planned organisation to ensure smooth running. Kelly and her warehouse team are dedicated to keeping the wheels turning and our customers happy.
Our financial wizard. Sheela keeps our suppliers happy and our team fed and watered by collecting your purchase payments in the most gentle and charming of ways. Always fair and understanding, she keeps the Stage Concepts machine in motion, making sure that stock is always available and that deposits or payments are in place in order for your orders and custom projects to go ahead without delay.
Keeping our website content up to date and relevant, listing our online shop products and helping to increase our overall visibility on the web, Glenn has taken the masses of technical jargon and industry terms that surround the type of equipment we sell and made it approachable and understandable for all. With a background in industrial electronics, metalwork and woodworking, and a professional musical instrument repairer for several years, his interests have seen him involved in both DJ and Hi-Fi areas of consumer electronics and in live music production, giving him a much valued and varied collection of knowledge to draw from.
Nick deals with sales of our smaller ‘off the shelf ‘ products, covering our available range of effects lighting, speaker and sound systems, 100v line audio installation systems and our lightweight portable staging products and standard stage deck systems. With several years in retail and sales, his enthusiasm for the latest products and desire to provide you with best buying experience means you will always feel welcome either on the phone or in person should you come for a visit.
From the V&A museum and Saatchi Gallery, to Warner Brothers Studios and Crystal Palace FC, our truss systems and bespoke designed truss constructions have found homes in a wide selection of both public and private events and for a variety of tasks.
