The Trussing and Staging products offered by Polish manufacturer Alustage is some of the finest available on the current market. Extensive development and investment in the latest manufacturing processes and equipment has allowed Alustage to be one step ahead of the competition for many years now, with their innovative products regularly being copied by other manufacturers both in Europe and of course China, but failing to reach the finish quality and durability of the Alustage originals.
Alustage have pushed the staging industry forward with its leading designs in aluminium extrusion, giving huge benefits in strength, load bearing, torsional rigidity and significant weight saving over traditional ladder weld designs or heavy steel frame systems. Legs are quick fitment and easily replaced allowing simple build and takedown, and easy multiple height platform constructs with no special tools or knowledge required to give professional results.
Its anti-slip textured “Hexa” top surface has been widely copied across the staging industry as its simple yet hugely effective design means decks and platforms are ready to go from the box and require no weatherproofing, giving users a durable, functional and attractive surface finish.
Alustage Trussing is available as standard structural elements in all the popular dimensions, with either its own fitments or as sections designed to be compatible with the popular Prolyte or Milos systems giving ultimate flexibility.
Alustage Truss is also available as complete pre packaged Stage Roof systems supplied either with or without Stage Deck platforms depending on the package chosen. These roof truss systems come in a wide variety of width and height combinations, roofs can be peaked, arched or flat topped and the trussing specifications differs depending on the stage roofs requirements for weight loading and span.
These stage systems are world class, highly durable and will provide years of trusted service to both the rental market and performance events consumer, at a fraction of the cost of similar systems from brands such as Milos.
